Jerry Calengor

 

Jerry Calengor is the former president of Normark Corporation – Rapala-Normark Group, Ltd.  However, his formal education was in Art, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. 

 

In addition to being successful in business, he has also been painting and selling his artwork for most of his life and his passion for art played a big part in the successes he achieved in the business world. 

 

His paintings have found their way into private collections, business environments, and numerous galleries.  According to Jerry, the real rush of success is when you can step back from a work of art and be happy with the results. 

 

Jerry’s artwork is the result of searching for the simplest of subject matter that will direct the end result.  In short, his philosophy is that the subject matter selected is the driving force behind the outcome.
