Kimchi Hoang 

 

Kimchi Hoang works as an independent artist in Minneapolis.  She received her B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.  She has exhibited at the Hinckley Fire Museum, Katherine E. Nash Gallery, Regis Center for Art, University of Minnesota, and at MCTC, Minneapolis.

 

Embodied in her work is a language of abstract. Kimchi's art expresses her individual response to the natural world.  She has a clear idea of what she wants to convey, and continually innovates, using color and surprising forms to engage the viewer.
